Touch For Health, also known as Kinesiology or “muscle monitoring”, is an easy, non-invasive technique which accesses your Whole Person. Kinesiology works with the meridian system of Chinese Traditional Medicine and reaches your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

As well as assisting with symptoms and reducing your stress, Touch For Health and Kinesiology are holistic healing tools to clear the true causes of problems.  As your Wellness Coach I may also use homeopathics, aromatherapy, Reiki, reflexology, massage and other natural therapy techniques such as flower essences during your holistic healing balance. My favourites are Shell Essences, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Essences of Change  and Bach Flower Remedies.
