Kinesiology … and more … for you!

Blue Sky Healing: from blue skies… loving heart

What is involved in a healing BALANCE?
Firstly, it is a fully clothed experience……the only thing you need to take off is your shoes, and perhaps any excess jewellery, and your watch, if you wear one. It is also a good idea to wear loose comfortable pants. Make sure that you have plenty of water to drink. In fact, this is the first homework from me – Drink plenty of water. Hydration is important!

The main tool that is used in a healing balance is Kinesiology. Kinesiology is a technique known as muscle monitoring, which is a way of reading your muscle’s response to various spoken or finger mode challenges; often just simple questions that have a yes or no answer. Kineisiolgy bypasses the conscious mind – It is a way of tapping into your energy field and subconscious being, to find ways of bringing you to a better state of health.

Touch for Health Kinesiology is a system of natural health care which combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess energy and body function, applying a range of gentle, yet powerful healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.

With this system of healing I work with the complete you – i.e., your physical, mental emotional and spiritual being. None of these aspects of you are in isolation – they each work together and are intrinsically linked.

When we experience any situation, we can have a thought about it, a feeling towards it and a physical response to it. If any of these manifest within us in a negative way, our being is then under stress, potentially creating ill health

Emotional This covers all of our feelings……love, hate, anger, guilt, grief, regret, abandonment, feeling denied, etc, etc, etc…we can have positive and negative attachments to both “good” and “bad” emotions. Many emotions can manifest into behaviour patterns and physical ailments
Mental This is what and how we think about out internal and external worlds; our opinions about ourselves
Physical This is our physical body, and its diverse systems – anatomy & physiology (our structure and its function) – skeletal, digestive, endocrine (hormones), respiratory, integumentary (skin), muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, reproductive, urinary and lymphatic systems
Spiritual And, above all of our mental, emotional and physical body, is our spiritual realm, where we can work within our Chakras and even communicate with Angels
